The Gypsy Tattoo is a Grand Concert size guitar and is part of Luna's all-mahogany Gypsy series, but with a twist. This guitar takes its design from traditional Hawaiian body ornamentation. The designs were monochromatic, tattooed in black against brown skin. The patterns and lat were strongly geometric and there were many shapes and symbols representing the natural island world: stones, waves, fish, sharks, turtles, rain, sun and birds. An all-mahogany body and neck help provide a powerful tonal punch with an inviting midrange.
